OpenOffice jumped out of the Oracle

After the accusation of Sun by Oracle, many Qs are raised about the Free and Open Source Softwares, which are contributed or funded or maintained by Sun, like Java, MySQL, OpenOffice, etc. But as of now, there is no official announcements from Oracle. So that OpenOffice community forked it as an another office project. The OpenOffice is the trademark of Oracle. So avoid the legal issues, the project is using a new name – LibreOffice and it will be managed by the Document Foundation. If Oracle give away the trademark of this project then old name (OpenOffice) may be used. Otherwise, LibreOffice will become the new name for OpenOffice project.
