Yesterday, I visited the RoboCup-2010 Event at Suntec Convention Center. Many participants came from different countries and most of them are young students (may be in secondary school or Jr college). This time the theme is looks like a soccer (football) game. Most of the (tiny, small, medium and big) robots are busy in playing soccer game, some robots are doing rescue work, few are trying to find its path from the floor marks and few robots are entertaining us by dancing etc.. The medium and big robot games are controlled by the computers. Surprisingly most of that computers are running with Ubuntu or Fedora Linux OS. I really enjoyed the event, hats-off to the organizing committee and participants. Lot of interesting photos are available in the RoboCup-2010 site.
